Linking up with others

The aim of the library is to provide performance indicators with standard definitions to enable comparison between authorities. Whilst we aim to consult on the possibility of collecting comparative data in the future, we propose initially to facilitate comparison by putting authorities in touch with others collecting the same indicators.

If you are willing to share your experience of using indicators from the library with other authorities, please send an email to localpi-library@audit-commission.gov.uk including the following information:

  • Contact name
  • Authority name
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • PIs being collected by your authority
  • If you would like to receive information on other authorities collecting any of the indicators from the library, please specify the indicators and add any additional details eg type of authority you would like to contact

The information that you submit will be held by the Library of Local PIs project team for the purpose of facilitating comparison between authorities. Any information provided, including contact details, will be shared, on request, with others wanting to compare their performance. The information will not be publicly displayed on the website. Should there be a future demand for access via the website, your details will not be displayed without further written consent.
By providing us with the information requested on the form, you consent to us sharing this with others who contact us for the purpose as detailed above.
